New Year Address From the Board of Directors in Greatoo Intelligent Equipment Inc

At this time to ring the old year out and the new year in, on the behalf of the whole staff, the board of directors of Greatoo extends the new year greetings and sincere wishes to all government leaders, friends from all walks of life and all investor who have supported Greatoo in the past years. Meanwhile, the board send sincere thanks and wishes to the whole staff whose hard working contributed to the development of the company in 2015.
In 2015, we worked with sweat, made progress and yielded results. We clearly put forward Greatoo’s core value of “one family, one determination, one spirit and one goal to build a happy Greatoo”; under the purpose of “refreshing minds, reflecting morality and becoming civilized”, we organized lectures about morality and started a new “journey” to “understand succinct Chinese culture, promote morality and kindness and build a happy enterprise and a harmonious society”.
In 2015, we constantly heard the good news of the company’s development. On March 8, the research institute of Greatoo (Guangzhou) had a grand opening in Luogang economic development zone in Guangzhou; in September, Greatoo (Dongguan) declared the establishment of its technology service center; on October 20, the company changed its name from Greatoo Inc to Greatoo Intelligent Equipment Inc, which further confirmed our strategy of innovation-driven and our determination to fasten Greatoo’s transformation and upgrading and deepen its development in industry 4.0 equipment! In this year, leaders at national and provincial levels made frequent visits to Greatoo, pointing out the prosperous development of Greatoo and its bright market prospect and praising Greatoo deserving the title as the leading enterprise and model industry of innovation in Guangdong and even across the country. It’s the wisdom, sweat and commitment of the whole staff in Greatoo that brought all these honors to the company.
In 2015, we made innumerable great achievements in technology innovation. Greatoo has built up cooperation with Israel SMS company, proceeding the industrial revolution of intelligent equipment manufacturing in China; Greatoo’s robot production line has been chosen by Minth Group, the first-rate automobile parts company in the world, and was applied in the production line of the parts of Benz and BMW. Greatoo’s technology team won dozens of patents for invention, patents for utility models and certificates for software copyright; in “The Second Annual Meeting and Golden Ball Award Ceremony for GG Robots”, Greatoo won the Golden Ball Award for technology innovation( in the category of motion control) and the Annual Listed Company with the Best Performance; radial tire molds of Jiyang brand which is Greatoo’s traditional key industry was recommended as the “Recommended Brand Name Product by China Rubber Industry Association in 2015” by China Rubber Industry Association.

Greatoo continued to implement the integration of informatization and industrialization and won the honor as the national bench-marking enterprise in the integration of informatization and industrialization, becoming one of the first enterprises passing the national assessment and being regarded as the demonstration enterprise in intelligent equipment manufacturing by Guangdong government; in the second term of robot meeting, Greatoo was the only Chinese enterprise to make a speech; Greatoo’s program, “supporting the research and use of Internet of things system about the precise control of manufacturing molds”, won the support of “Guangdong’s special fund for the development of information industry (the use of Internet of things technology) in 2015”, which indicated Greatoo stepped in the areas of new types of manufacturing molds, that is “Internet plus Manufacturing”. Besides, with the joints stocks of Beijing Golaxy Technology Ltd, Greatoo enhanced its development and utilization of industrial big data to effectively support the transformation of intelligent manufacturing industry. At the same time, Greatoo continued to strengthen the development of its branches in America, Germany and India, under the guidance of the country’s strategy of industry development like “Made in China 2025” and “The Belt and Road”, expanding the oversea market in a global perspective.
2016 is the firs year of the country’s the 13th Five Year Plan as well as a year for the company to achieve greater development in quality and benefits.
