In order to stimulate the potential of the employees and build an excellent team, the robot RV reducer department organized all the staff to come to East China and started our five-day trip to five cities in East China.

The first stop we arrived in Shanghai, and we enjoyed the prosperity and beauty of Shanghai's night scene, and then came to the most important stop of this study tour - Shanghai New International Expo Center, where the 10th China CNC Machine Tool Fair was held. There are high-precision CNC machine tools and a wide variety of robots, which are dazzling and overwhelming. At present, the research and development of domestic industrial robot reducer is difficult, and our company is able to overcome difficulties and create our own reducer, which we are proud of. But this is only a starting point. We still have a long way to go, and there are still many places worth improving and learning. In this exhibition, we not only saw the domestic high-precision CNC machine tools, there are many products from abroad with more exquisite technology. In the era of science and technology, the information of intelligent robots is updated very quickly, and only by learning from others' advanced technologies and realizing our own inadequacies, can we make more progress.

In the next few days, we visited Wuxi and prayed ardently under the Lingshan Giant Buddha. We walked through the town of Lingshan to experience the fascinating Chan and Taoist nature contained in the unique scenery. We sailed through the West Lake in Hangzhou and collected the beauty of the West Lake. We visited Wuzhen in night, tasted delicious snacks. We stroll on the famous Suzhou Qili Shantang Street, and enjoyed the simple customs here. At the end of the tour, we also carefully selected Suzhou silk as a gift for our loved ones. This was a perfect stop for this trip.

The expansion of learning activities in the five cities in East China has provided us with the opportunity to relax physically and mentally. At the same time, we have realized the importance of team cohesion and the pride and mission of being a Greatoo staff. President Xi Jinping said: Development is the top priority, talent is the primary resource, and innovation is the primary driving force. This echoes the new ideas of Greatoo to recruit talents, innovation and development. As a Greatoo staff, we must also have ideals, skills, and responsibility, and use our enthusiasm to take up the important tasks on our shoulders.
