With the support and careof the CorporateBoard,in order to let difficult staff to live a happy New Year,the Company trade unions, staff support centers and departments made a investigation and visitedthe staff to learn their situation.

On January 22nd,"Greatoo’s Condolences to the Spring Festivalof 2017 symposium"washeld in the Longgang Road factoryaudio-visual conference room ,and send the company's condolences to the difficult staff to help them solve the urgent needs.

As we can see,the company trade union chairman and administrative manpower director Wu Yingxiong, deputy manager of human resources Wu Dongping, staff assistant center Xie Hao, vice chairman Cai Hongyu and 21 difficult employees, family members attended the meeting.Mr. Wu speech firstly at the meeting, he expressed his sincere greetings and New Year's greetings, and encourage everyone to face the difficultiesactively, what else,be grateful to the company leaders and colleagues for their care and help.

In his speech, Director Wu introduced the performanceof the companyover the past yearand its overall development trend for the staff and his family.He also introduced the welfare of the company,such as the employmentinjuryinsurance,to provide excellent work and living environment, and to support the children of children into high-quality kindergartens and primary schools year after year , granting scholarships, parent-child activities, the establishment of academic upgrading classes to provide professional skills training opportunity to carry out poor staff condolences and so on.And it’s good for creating a harmonious atmosphere forming the"people-oriented" corporate culture in Greatoo.Every Spring Festival, the company's leadership did not forget anyone, and we are willing help the difficult staff.I believe that we can create a better tomorrow by sharing and working together.I hope that through this sympathy, we can expressed care of the company to the difficult employees and their families.Subsequently, Mr. Wu send consolationmoney to each difficult staff and their families, and communicated with the the staff one by one to learn their present situation.And then,the employees have also expressed their views, they thanks to the board of directors, company leaders and all staff, and said they would actively deal with the plight.
