Three Main Products of Greatoo Passed the Identification of Scientific and Technological Achievements

Recently, the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society, organized an expert team including Gu Peihua, the Canadian Academy of Engineering, Professor of Tianjin University, Professor Zhang Yongkang from Guangdong University of Technology, Professor Zhang Guojun from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor Xia Qinxiang from South China University of Technology, Professor Fan Yanbin from Foshan Institute of Science and Technology, Professor Huang Weiqing from Guangzhou University, Yuan Hai form GuangzhouInstitute of AdvancedTechnologyChinese Academy of Sciences, came to our company to hold three scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of company's "multiple combined non-porous exhaust radial tire active mold" and "high-precision four-column hydraulic tire vulcanizing machine with integrated mold clamping, and "JLRV reducer development and industrialization". Mr. Zheng Xuxu, president of the company, Zeng Xuyu, chief engineer of Bussiness Division of Tire Molds, Zhang Jinfang, chief engineer of Bussiness Division of Rubber Manufacturing Machinery, Wang Hongli, the deputy general manager of Greatoo (China&Germany), Xi Chengping, the expert of Sino-German RV Reducer Department, and director of National Technology Center Hong Fu attended this Sub-product scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting.



The expert team has successively inspected the Industrial Base of Greatoo (China&Germany) Industrial 4.0, the Greatoo Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park, and the Greatoo Headquarters R&D Center. They conducted on-site inspection questions on the identification project, in-depth understanding of the project development process, and listened to the project team's special report.
There are three scientific and technological achievements in this application: "Multi-block combined non-porous exhaust radial tire active mold" project authorized one invention patent during the implementation period, accepted 2 invention patents, authorized 6 utility model patents, and obtained the second prize of "Precision Model Award" of China, and this product can reduce rubber waste and reduce processing cost to a large extent, and has broad market prospects.
During the implementation of the project, the "high-precision four-column hydraulic tire vulcanizing machine with integrated mold clamping" applied for 4 invention patents, including 2 authorized invention patents, 2 published invention patents and 1 utility model patent. The product has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, high degree of automation, good uniformity of vulcanized tires, etc. It is the development direction of radial tires, especially high-grade radial tire production equipment. With the increase in the demand for high-grade radial tires in China, the development of high-precision hydraulic vulcanizers has broad prospects and will become the first vulcanization equipment for high-grade radial tires, and its market development space will become larger and larger.
During the implementation of the "JLRV Reducer R&D and Industrialization" project, one patent for invention and one utility model patent were obtained. The products are used in industrial robots, satellite receiving systems, precision medical equipment and other equipment. RV reducer is the main core component of current industrial robots. The successful implementation of this project can promote the independent development of robots in China and realize the localization of core components, so that our robots have high quality and high cost performance, thus improving the whole robot manufacturing competitiveness in the international market, and increasing the momentum for social and economic benefits, for the development of science and technology in China.
After careful analysis and discussion, the appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the overall technology of the three results of our company has reached the international advanced level and agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievements appraisal.
This product scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting is of great significance to the company. The results of the three international advanced levels will provide strong technical support for the company's three major formats, namely tire mold, hydraulic tire vulcanizer and industrial robot. It further enhances the company's technology research and development strength and industry visibility, and profoundly reflects the concept of the Greatoo of developing technology and leading the industry.
